If you prefer not to use PayPal®, you can use our "print & mail" order form to place your order. If you wish to purchase a quilt from the "Quilts for Sale" section of the website, follow the instructions given there to be sure the quilt is still available before sending payment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal®, checks and money orders as payment for orders. A returned check fee of $25.00 US will apply to all bad check payments. United States orders will be sent by USPS 1st class or Priority Mail. International orders (including Canadian orders) will need to add more shipping - please email lucy@lucyfazely.com for the total cost of your order before you remit payment.

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours but may be up to 10 days depending on availability of product.

Shipping costs, within the United States, have been added to the cost of each item so there is no need to calculate shipping. Note: International orders (including Canadian orders) will need to add more shipping - please email lucy@lucyfazely.com for the total cost of your order before you remit payment.

Patterns and fabric may be returned if they are in their original condition and within 2 days of delivery. Original shipping & handling fees will not be refunded. Customer is be responsible for return shipping cost.

Quilts listed on the "Quilts for Sale" section can be returned for a full-refund plus a refund of return shipping if you notify us at lucy@lucyfazely.com within 48 hours of taking delivery. See the Quilts for Sale section for more information on purchasing quilts.
